Shipping & Delivery Policy

Business-to-Business (B2B) Transactions – Singapore Only

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies exclusively to business-to-business (B2B) transactions within Singapore entered into with Hanseatic Healthcare Pte. Ltd. (“Hanseatic Healthcare”, “we”, “us”).

⚠️ This policy does not apply to consumer (B2C) sales.


1. Scope of Application

This policy governs all deliveries supplied by Hanseatic Healthcare to Singapore-based business customers, including but not limited to:
  • Clinics
  • Pharmacies
  • Hospitals
  • Distributors
  • Wholesalers
  • Licensed healthcare and commercial entities
All orders are treated as commercial transactions.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after:
  • Written order confirmation, and
  • Receipt of payment (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
Any delivery timelines communicated are indicative only and do not constitute a binding delivery date unless expressly confirmed in writing.

3. Delivery Method

Deliveries are arranged by Hanseatic Healthcare using appropriate local logistics partners.
The delivery method is selected based on:
  • Order size and weight
  • Product characteristics
  • Delivery location within Singapore

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only.
Hanseatic Healthcare shall not be liable for delays caused by, including but not limited to:
  • Courier or logistics partner delays
  • Regulatory or compliance checks
  • Force majeure events
Delayed delivery does not entitle the buyer to cancel the order or claim compensation.

5. Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the buyer upon delivery at the agreed delivery address in Singapore.

6. Inspection & Claims

The buyer must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery.
Any claims relating to:
  • Incorrect quantity
  • Visible damage
  • Incorrect products
  • must be reported in writing within 5 business days from the date of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

7. No Returns

Unless expressly agreed in writing:
  • All B2B sales are final
  • Products are non-returnable
  • No returns for change of mind, over-ordering, or commercial reasons
  • Opened, used, or resold goods are strictly excluded from return

8. Partial Deliveries

Hanseatic Healthcare reserves the right to make partial deliveries unless otherwise agreed.
Each delivery may be invoiced separately.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hanseatic Healthcare’s liability in relation to delivery is strictly limited to the invoice value of the affected goods.
We shall not be liable for:
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profit or revenue
  • Business interruption

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Shipping & Delivery Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
